La norma técnica "Aceites Lubricantes para Motores de Aeronaves Civiles" (CTS0-2C704) de la Administración de Aviación Civil de China (CAAC) estipula claramente que los aceites lubricantes para turbinas deben someterse a una prueba de coquización en fase gaseosa para determinar su tendencia a formar depósitos de carbono en la zona de las tuberías de ventilación a alta temperatura de los motores de turbina de aviación sin inmersión en aceite. Es necesario informar la cantidad de depósitos en el tubo de medición, así como la tasa de cambio de la viscosidad cinemática a 40 °C y la variación del valor de acidez del aceite lubricante antes y después de la prueba. Overview

The VPC Gas Phase Coking Tester complies with the requirements of test standards including GJB 1263A Appendix D, SAE ARP5921, and the VPC Gas Phase Coking Evaluation Method. It is suitable for evaluating the coking tendency of ester-type synthetic aviation lubricating oils under the mixed state of air and oil phases, so as to simulate the condition of ventilation pipes in bearing chambers.When conducting airworthiness verification on the performance of turbine lubricating oils, it is necessary to measure the tendency of the mixture of their vapor and air to generate harmful carbon deposits on the surface of hot-end components such as engine ventilation pipes through high-temperature oxidation or thermal cracking reactions under high-temperature immersion conditions. The Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) technical standard dddhhhCivil Aircraft Engine Lubricating Oilsdddhhh (CTS0-2C704) clearly stipulates that turbine lubricating oils must undergo a gas phase coking test to determine the tendency of lubricating oils to form carbon deposits in the high-temperature ventilation pipe area of aviation turbine engines without oil immersion. It is required to report the deposition amount in the measuring tube, as well as the 40℃ kinematic viscosity change rate and acid value change of the lubricating oil before and after the test.Combining standard methods, foreign prototype research and standard investigation, our company has independently developed, designed and produced the VPC Gas Phase Coking Tester, which meets the method requirements of this test and is the only manufacturer of this product in China.
